Emerging Chef with 3+ Years Experience
Beginning his career at age 15, Callahan progressed from fast food to fine dining in just a year. After discovering his love for the culinary arts (and spending a few years in restaurant kitchens) he has since had the opportunity to work in Michelin-starred restaurants. In addition, he trained under two prestigious private chefs, which led to opportunities to work alongside them in luxury estates and on private yachts. Currently, Callahan is enrolling at the Culinary Institute of America to study culinary arts.
